Together with Atelier Kempe Thill, Kaderstudio was commissioned by Kairos for a Design & Build urban development, part of Plan Canal. The mixed-use project includes an underground car park, spaces for productive activities, and above that, approximately 100 urban apartments spread over 3 towers.
